In 1993, Rob Hruskoci initiated his sales career at a manufacturers' representative company dedicated to serving major industrial clients across Indiana. In these foundational years, he gained invaluable insights into the significance of deeply understanding and effectively demonstrating the products he represented to potential customers. The culmination of Rob's expertise led to the establishment of Advanced Industrial Marketing, Inc. in 1999, where his Electrical Engineering background from Purdue University empowered him to collaborate with companies seeking a technically adept manufacturer representative firm to launch their products into the market successfully.
Over the past 25 years, AIM has thrived by mastering our partners' technical advantages and skillfully integrating them into our customers' specific applications. In 2015, Rob recognized the opportunity to expand our company's reach, steering AIM into regional product distribution within the specialized industries of industrial cranes and mobile equipment safety. Representing both domestic and international firms, AIM offers invaluable expertise to customers seeking industry specialists. Our team takes immense pride in adopting a hands-on sales approach, honed during AIM's early years, engaging directly with customers in the field at their sites.
As AIM evolved into a regional distributor, Rob discerned the potential of unique European technology in addressing challenging applications in the USA. In 2018, AIM ventured into importing cutting-edge European technology, fostering partnerships with over 7 European companies to bring innovative products stateside. With established, dependable import channels, AIM excels in expediting products' arrival into the USA.
