We have developed a multi-tiered US Development Program to assist new manufacturing partners with their business development efforts in the US. We call this program the “AIM Trailblazer” (rename – to something similar to reflect Guidance, Support, Mentoring).
This multi-tiered US Business Development program starts with an initial consultation and then progresses through several tiers to meet our new manufacturing partner’s needs. The additional tiers can include, Market Research, Marketing Strategy, Product to US market Introduction and Master Distribution.

This Program aims at getting as much Research done as possible to get ready for the next step which is “Initial Market Entry”.

This program was designed to help you get your sales started in the US.
We leverage the work done in “Market Exploration” to train our Network of Sales Professionals (Internal and External) on Opportunity Recognition and Sales techniques for your products.
It is important to note that AIM will act as a DEALER in this program, which means that we will generate sales, but the Manufacturer will be responsible for after-sales services.
This program is especially useful for Products that require little to no maintenance / adjustments after installation (Ex: Video cameras, Sensors, Lights, etc).
As a dealer, AIM will primarily target End Users and Key Accounts.
